The Phone It In Package is an option where you will work directly with the Managing Broker of Metro Realty, Inc. on a predetermined scheduled conference call to submit all listing data. This is a personalized 1 hour call set up just for the Seller wherein Seller will provide the listing information over the phone. We will work with you step-by-step to get the listing completed. Seller saves time and stress. Seller must have access to the internet and email at the time of this interview! The maximum call length shall not exceed 1 hour.

Disclosures will be uploaded to the MLS listing for immediate access by the Buyers Broker. This is very important because the Buyers Broker needs these documents to prepare an offer. They are made part of the offer. A delay in providing the signed Disclosure Packet to the Buyers Broker can mean a delay in presenting an offer. There is nothing more frustrating for a Buyers Broker than having to request the required Disclosures when their buyer wants to make an offer because they were not provided to our office and uploaded to the listing. The Disclosures include Sellers Disclosure, Lead Disclosure (if applicable) and Radon Disclosure. Uploading the signed Disclosure Packet to the listing saves all parties involved wasted time during the already highly emotional offer process.

ShowingTime for the MLS (Appointment Scheduling Service) is an online MLS integrated showing request system. The system is used for buyers brokers to easily schedule showings online directly from the MLS. Customize the system for showing request approvals - approve either by text or email. Showing feedback is included with this system. A series of multiple choice questions are automatically e-mailed to the buyers broker for showing feedback. (THIS SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN MATRIX.)
