What is the MLS?
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a compilation of databases that allows Real Estate Professionals to share property information from sellers to potential buyers and/or their representatives.
How long will my property be listed on the MLS for a flat fee?
Listing fees and durations vary by listing agent, the standard listing is 6 months. Because most homes sell quickly once listed, a renewal of the listing is rarely needed but agents usually have a reduced fee or include renewal in their original fee (contact your agent for details).
How do I find a Flat Fee Real Estate Professional in my area?
