From $250-$450 your home will be listed in our local Realtors REIN Multiple Listing Service, Realtor.com, and on over 50 other top real estate websites such as Google, Yahoo, AOL, Trulia, Homes.com, Zillow, HomeFinder +more.
We come to your home to take pictures and fill out all the paperwork. We'll provide a professional yard sign, Realtors electronic lock box, market analysis and an estimate of what your net proceeds will be at closing. We'll even send you auto-email notifications to keep you updated on competing properties.
While your home is listed you will work directly with potential buyers and/or Realtors to negotiate a sale for your property. If you sell your property without any agents involved, you will not owe any commissions, when your home is sold by a Realtor you will owe them a commission at closing. This amount will be determined by you when you list your home. (usually no more than 3%).
No penalty or fees for early withdrawal or data changes.
