2) Our Affiliate Broker will contact you directly. All MLSbyOwner.net affiliate Brokers are Licensed Real Estate Brokers.
3) If you are not in agreement with the Affiliate Brokers terms*; Simply notify us and your payment will be fully refunded and the order cancelled. If you do proceed, the posting of your property to the MLS will be a confirmation that an acceptable listing agreement has been reached between You and the Licensed Affiliate Broker, once listed, your payment is then non-refundable.
